Rolf splits his time between auditing and managing RSI’s administration and marketing. He co-founded RSI after more than 10 years with Formcraft/Reynolds & Reynolds/Relizon.
A graduate of Baylor University in personal financial planning and finance, Rolf recognizes the important role recovery audits play as businesses strive to achieve optimal operational efficiency. When introducing clients to RSI’s services, Rolf’s biggest challenge is to overcome the misconceptions some have about what’s involved.
“Many companies are afraid to commit to an audit either because they have had a bad experience with another audit group or because they need to better understand the process,” he said. “Our audits require very little time commitment from the client. When we’re onsite, we ensure as little disruption as possible. And if we do not recover anything for our client, there is no cost for our services.”
“Our services are analogous to a check-up from your doctor. Our respective expertise enables us to provide you with a knowledgeable, objective perspective of your ‘ financial health.’ The primary difference is that your doctor will charge you for his services even if the prognosis is you’re OK, whereas we do not.”
Maintaining focus on each client’s unique needs is a top priority of RSI. These can range from general objectives, like maximizing historical recoveries and determining profit leaks, to more client-specific issues arising from payable systems and vendors.
“We’re in the business of adding value, so we’re always mindful of the client’s objectives and remain flexible to their changing needs,” he said.
Rolf’s personal interests include soccer and fishing. He is an active member of Williams Trace Baptist Church and the Eclipse Soccer Club. He also spends many of his weekends passing on his love of the outdoors to his children. |
